Careers

CAREERS

Varcon is always looking for talented people to work with us on challenging and exciting projects. We typically initiate a recruitment drive in January of each year to recruit for March/April as we train and prepare for our busy season from May to October.  While most opportunities are full time positions, there are periodically job openings for workterm engineering students who have terms of at least 8 months in duration.  If you think you are a great fit for our team but there is no listed job opening, submit an application anyways and tell us what you can do for Varcon!

At Varcon we endeavour to create a healthy working atmosphere with a balance between individual and corporate concerns. We aim for mutually beneficial relationships by providing our people with training, benefits, mentoring and opportunities.

Our staff are all members of a cohesive team of diversely talented people, supported by an environment conducive to teamwork while effectively reinforcing individual achievement, cooperation, respect, trust, accountability and responsibility. We realize that to have a successful team means to have a positive work environment – this is achieved by encouraging a cooperative, harmonious, and constructive workplace.
